personnel in consultation with Construction Managers, Project
Designers, Consultants and Suppliers seek ways to adopt new
designs to lower the construction cost and better options
for quality materials and machines at cheaper price without
the quality having to suffer!)
… “zero-waste management” Material Control
Engineers zeroes-in on recycle-able materials on site and
monitors strictly that no big pieces of materials are cut
for installation and fabrication unless all our sources are
thoroughly checked for availability!
… “hands-on management approach” (the Chief
Operating Officer personally supervises the Projects and visits
the jobsites daily and or regularly to coordinate all project’s
undertakings!)
